This email signature tool helps Exeter Township School District faculty and staff create a consistent, professional district signature that supports our school brand while meeting the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards as part of updated Title II ADA requirements (ADA Fact Sheet). To help us meet the requirements of this federal law, email signatures that are made in Canva or other design programs are no longer permitted.

Gmail setup
  1. Fill out the form and select Copy Signature.
  2. Open Gmail, then go to Settings, See all settings, General, Signature.
  3. Create or edit your signature, paste the copied signature, then save changes.
