2027 CBIZ Benefits Enrollment Instructions

Enrollment Period: October 30 – November 27, 2026

 

Employees who wish to participate in the CBIZ program for 2027 must complete their online enrollment by November 27, 2026.

 

To enroll, visit CBIZ online and follow the instructions below.

 

If you have participated in the plan before:

  • Visit CBIZ online.
  • If you have never registered for an online account, select "New User Registration."
  • If you have previously registered or are unsure, select "Forgot Password."
  • Enter your first name, last name, Social Security number and ZIP code.
  • Create three security questions and answers to use if you need to reset your password in the future.
  • Create your username and password.

 

If you have never participated in the plan before:

  • Visit CBIZ online.
  • Under "Setting Up a New Account," enter the code BIS-B03087.
  • Click "Get Started" to begin the enrollment process.

 

Important Reminders:

  • Enrollment must be completed by November 27, 2026, to participate in the program in 2027.
  • If you do not wish to enroll in a particular plan for 2027, leave that plan's enrollment box blank.
